## About

WW Food & Beverage was formed in 2026 by Trace Hildebrand (CEO) and Tanner Seufer (COO). Both co-owners grew up working at Whitewater Bar & Grill, spending over 15 years each learning every aspect of the restaurant business. Both earned business degrees from Colorado State University (Tanner 2018, Trace 2020). In 2025, they officially stepped into ownership of WWBG. Together they also founded Whitewater Rooftop Social, which opened in 2023.

We donate 1% of every dollar from both restaurants to Fremont Adventure Recreation (FAR), building 70+ miles of trails in the Royal Gorge Region. Combined annual donation: ~$27,000. Historical total: $198,000+.
