After more than 15 years each working at Whitewater Bar & Grill, Trace and Tanner officially step into ownership. 30+ years of combined experience. Same food, same energy, same spirit.
After 15+ years each working in this kitchen and on this floor, Trace Hildebrand and Tanner Seufer have officially purchased Whitewater Bar & Grill from the previous ownership.
Combined, that is over 30 years of WWBG experience moving from line cook to general manager to owner — without missing a season.

Restaurant ownership transitions are usually where institutional knowledge dies. Recipes drift, quality slips, regulars stop showing up. We are doing the opposite: the people running the kitchen and the bar today are the same people who have been running them for over a decade.
