What percentage of sales goes to our organization?+
We typically donate 15-20% of all food and beverage sales attributed to your group for the evening. The exact percentage is confirmed when you book.
Is there a minimum number of supporters needed?+
No minimum, but groups who bring 30+ supporters have the most successful nights. The more people who show up, the bigger your check.
How do you track which sales belong to our group?+
Supporters simply mention your organization's name when they order. Our staff tracks it throughout the evening.
Can we set up a table or display?+
Absolutely. We can reserve a table near the entrance for flyers, sign-ups, raffle items, or information about your cause.
When do we receive the donation?+
We issue a check within 2 weeks of your fundraiser night with a summary of the evening's total.
Can we do this during a live music night?+
Yes! We encourage it. Live music nights draw larger crowds, which means more sales and a bigger donation.
Which location should we choose?+
Rooftop Social is great for intimate gatherings of 20-80. WhiteWater Bar & Grill is ideal for larger, family-friendly events of 50-200+.
